Before my daughter died, I taught you to be sure ... On the changes

Before he died, my daughter, I taught you to be sure ...

To enjoy the love,
to rely on your strength,
to face your fears,
to get excited with life,
to ask for help when you need it
to let you comforted when suffer,
to make your own decisions,
to enforce your choices,
to be friends with yourself,
not to be afraid of ridicule,
to realize that you deserve to be dear,
to talk to each other lovingly,
to say or shut up at your convenience, to stay
with credit for your accomplishments,
to love and care for the little girl inside you,
to overcome the addiction to the approval of others,
not absorb the responsibilities of all
to be aware of your feelings and act accordingly,
not to pursue the applause but your satisfaction with the fact
to give because you never think it is your obligation,
to demand that you be paid properly for your work,
to accept your limitations and your vulnerability without anger,
your discretion not to impose or permit you impose on others,
to say yes only when you want and say no without guilt,
to live in the present and have no expectations,
to take more risks, accept
change and review your beliefs,
to work to heal your wounds old and current
to try and demand to be treated with respect,
to fill your glass first, and only then, that of others,
planning for the future but not dwell on it,
to assess your intuition,
to celebrate the differences between the sexes,
to develop healthy relationships and mutual support,
to make understanding and forgiveness your priorities
to accept you as you are,
not to look back to see who follows you,
to grow by learning from the disagreements and failures, to allow
laugh out loud on the street for no reason,
not idolize anyone, and my ... unless anyone.

Jorge Bucay Jorge Bucay Charter wrote to his daughter Claudia, simplemete a wonderful reflection!
time ago I read in the book "The road to happiness."

Greetings!
