Living, Loving and Learning

time ago, the library courses require the mother of a friend, I found this book whose author is unknown.
As usual, I read the preface and index, I should mention that what attracts me to a new book is always the title and index.

However, I share with you the index:
- Love as a modifier of behavior.
- Becoming self.
- The search for self.
- What is essential is invisible to the eye.
- bridges, not barriers.
- The art of being fully human.
- The children of the future.
- Your inner self.
- Choose life.
- Teach life.
- Speaking of love.
- Together.
- The negative self.

each chapter really got me. Totally recommended.

Dr. Leo Buscaglia created a truly unique university teaching: a course about love. At first it was made in jest, but the success was enormous. He became an acclaimed by crowds and a real publishing phenomenon, included three of his books simultaneously on the bestseller lists. Dr. Love, as it has been called, has traveled the world spreading his message positive, encouraging people to believe in herself and accept the challenge of life. "Nothing I say is original, Buscaglia says, has certainly been said before and better. But I think it should be repeated again and again ... I know there is hatred, ugliness and hopelessness in the world. But I think that emphasizing the joy I can improve it. " Buscaglia quotes in his support of Saint-Exupéry, Khalil Gibran, Castaneda, among others ... Live, love and learn topped the bestseller list of The New York Times, but much beyond that encouraged many people to put a positive spin on their lives, maybe it was one of the first self-help books at the time that raised many minds and is currently awakening through its pages never stop surprising us.

Greetings!
