Today I feel safe to write about the changes because there are many who have experienced, I have grown thanks to them and some of you too.
In my opinion, talking about the changes involve: detachment and abandonment, transformation and risk, boldness and discovery. Why? Why choose change brings detachment and abandonment of what I think, I think I have or know of causing an immediate transformation to plunge and risk a new status unknown. In the state of flux there is a current security poise and hopelessly the invasion of a sense of discovery. All this is what great changes.
This afternoon while I was deliberating on the issue raised the following: if the changes are so great why so many people reject them and continues to experience a constant depth? Honestly it was not hard to find the answer: the shift goes hand in hand with uncertainty and it is only in doubt, the opposite of certainty.
Change is risking to get rid of what I have today, and that lie within certain limits. People do not want to take chances, of course, risk means "potential damage" but the good thing about change is the lack of knowledge of things to come ... so why pre-address the "potential damage"? is much simpler, and even less stressful, let situations occur, flow.
I like to emphasize the word "concern" I read once there, to analyze only will it deal with something before it happens But what folly! Sometimes I get funny.
clarify that I am not against those who are cautious and think about the consequences that could result in their actions and to be prudent in many situations is beneficial, but do not share the idea of \u200b\u200bliving each day trying to control that do or say thinking of the consequences. We are full of crazy things and get away from our deceitful mind and follow the instincts is also very beneficial.
Now, I raised two questions, what are the important changes and how they arise?
I thought and talked about the issue and came to the following Conclusion: I think there are two important changes: internal and external.
the changes relate to external factors beyond the individual. I mean good or bad situations that appear in life without waiting for them and generate a state of reflection, such as a promotion or dismissal at work, birth or death of a loved one, loss or acquisition of material things unexpectedly, a criticism and constructive criticism, infatuation, seasonal changes, or simply the day and night.
contrasting contexts and real, just to name a few, producing a concern or change in state This frame of mind. As I said before, they can reach deep reflection and much more, to become a springboard into our consciousness causing the choice of change.
On the other hand, are the internal changes and fundamental consider are those that arise because of some need of emotional well-being or self-seeking, covering a wide range of choices, from a simple change of attitude towards a reality to a complete detachment from the whimsical mind, prejudices, bad reactions, lack of understanding, and I could name many conditions that restrict personal growth.
changes every minute with us, consciously or unconsciously. They are natural, hence the importance of accepting them, believe in them and not make the effort to suppress them. Not accept or ignore, they are repressed or are lost.
I think we need to learn to observe more closely what is thought of as superficial, leaving aside the concerns and intervene in the main needs of each. After all, we only have this, now living the experience and only then one can choose to change what is needed, without fear and conditioning. So, you with your world, and so I with my life ... we are enriched.
